Story of the Film

The Tatiana Mills, a sixteen-year-old American girl, who becomes pen pals with the Anton Vincent, a notorious island nation dictator. When Anton is deposing by his people, then who finally rise against the centuries-long firm European imperialist rule, which he unexpectedly seeks the refuge in Tatiana’s suburban garage.

There, he develops a grandfatherly relationship with the teen and also her struggling single mom Darlene. As prospects for taking back his country dim, Anton shifts his focus to Tatiana’s high school life, where making her a rebel in training and teaching her to rule her school.
